    Installed and could not get plugin to work properly. Emailed pre-sales dept and received a generic answer directing me to a message board. I had every intention of making a purchase and all I wanted to see was the plugin performing properly. Ran for several hours and only 1/4 of the way completed. Website speed was so poor I had to remove the plugin. Pre sales person stated website resources were a problem. Really?? Never in 15 years have I had ecommerce software deplete server resources. Sounded like a lame excuse to me!

    My opinion support is for purchases only. They have no interest in solving issues so purchases can be made. Horrible way to run a business! Don’t waste your time or money, there are plenty of other plugins to choose from that offer customer service! Obviously a sub standard company!!

  • Same here… It is still working on the backup, and it’s like 30 minutes since I started it.. So slooooow.

    Hi,

    It sounds like we told you that you had low visitor numbers. This will cause backups to time out and will mean that the scheduled backups don’t start.

    As we are in the WordPress repository we have to direct all free users to this forum (It’s a WordPress rule not ours)

    If we don’t follow WordPress rules, we get banned from the WordPress Repository and we are unable to offer the free plugin.
