MailPoet returns a white blank page in admin

    Hello All,

    Today i tested MailPoet (i’m actually facing a problem with my site emails (All emails 100% failed to sent from wooCommerce.) so i uploaded the plugin and activated it but it returns only a pure white blank page (only admin menu left).

    I received also an automatic fatal error email message from wordpress :

    I of course de activated all plugins but left the essentials for my them to run, but nothing has changed. WordPress is uptodate, wooCommerce as well, Theme is the latest version and PHP version is 8.2

    Any idea ?

    I cannot even test the free version in this condition, that would be nice if this is plugin related to fix the error please. Or is it a theme incompatibility ?

    Hi there @sucyshop,

    This type of missing class error is almost always caused by either:
    * some sort of failure that happened when the plugin was installed, or
    * a conflict.

    To test the first case, please try re-installing the latest MailPoet version, 4.44.0, by FTP.

    Instructions on that are here:

    If that still doesn’t work, then yes, please do a full conflict test, which would include deactivating *all* plugins except MailPoet *and* reverting your theme to a basic theme like Twenty Twenty.

    If the issue persists in this very basic setup, please do let us know and provide a link to your staging site in conflict test mode so we can investigate further.

    I got the same problem but using 4.44.1 version. Tried what disabling everything. But I get no errors in logs

    In console I get:

    Uncaught ReferenceError: MailPoet is not defined
    at admin.php?page=mailpoet-landingpage:893:1
