Existing images blurry

I guess that you’re using the following code to show a resized image in the lightbox instead of the original image:

add_filter('woocommerce_product_thumbnails_large_size', function(){ return 'woocommerce_single';});

In your case, It seems that the WooCommerce single size is not large enough to be used in the lightbox. To resolve this, I suggest changing the dimensions in the plugin settings page to 1000×666.

After saving the settings, regenerate thumbnails to apply the changes.

I’m using the snippet. The settings in the plugin are 1000×666. This is working fine for new products, see https://staging.whatiship.nl/product/its-about-romi-plafonniere-sapporo-glas-wit-zand-s/

But it’s not working for old products. See https://staging.whatiship.nl/product/yanai-eetkamerstoel-biscuit-beach-turn-black/. I don’t want to regenerate the images of all old products since they are already 1000×666.

Also when you check the image on https://staging.whatiship.nl/product/yanai-eetkamerstoel-biscuit-beach-turn-black/ in the console you will see a thumbnail of 510×340 is being used instead of the original 1000×666. Therefore becoming blurry.

When I disable the resize plugin the main image of products will be 1000×666 again. See production site: https://whatiship.nl/product/yanai-eetkamerstoel-biscuit-beach-turn-black/

So somehow the plugin triggers old products to use a smaller thumbnail.

Hi Jaap,

It appears that the changes made to the settings have not been applied to the existing images. Please ensure that you rerun the thumbnail regeneration to update the existing images accordingly.

Made some steps but still have some issues. We bought the premium version. Please check the support e-mail I’ve send yesterday.
