Changing the way posts are displayed in home page

  • I want to make a few simple changes on my home page. What I want to achieve is that the first 2 posts are shown as full posts while 3 other are summaries or Excerpts.

    Would be great if someone could show me how to change this so I can learn a bit more on wordpress templates.

  • You need to edit the Loop for your theme’s index.php template file. The exact changes that you will need to make will depend upon your theme.
