    Our AISEO has stopped working over the last 3 days. It doesn’t load on the WooCommerce product pages, nor the AISEO settings pages.

    I’m using it with Divi theme. And have the latest version (Version 4.5.7.2) installed.

    I’ve gone through all the usual steps. Cleared cache, cleared browser cache, deactivated all other plugins. Also deactivated and reactivated AISEO plugin.

    And I”m still getting the same error. It worked fine on Saturday 24th February, and we haven’t done any other changes on the site since. Just stopped working yesterday.

    Below is the errors I receive in the browser console. Also worth mentioning that we’ve tested it on various browsers, and computers with non change.

    Please advise on how to fix this.

    I noticed your website (https://merryjayne.co.uk/) currently uses AIOSEO version 4.5.6, as seen here – https://a.supportally.com/i/2TDHEG.

    I attempted to replicate the issue on my local site using the Divi theme, but the page loaded without problems.

    Please update the plugin to the latest version 4.5.7.2. After that, kindly provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and a proper screencast. This would help us troubleshoot the problem and assist you better.
    You may use a tool like Loom (https://www.loom.com/screen-recorder) to create and share screen recordings.

    Kindly confirm if the issue persists when using only the AIOSEO and WooCommerce plugins with the Divi theme.

    Hi. Thanks for your reply.

    I downgraded the plugin to 4.5.6 manually to check whether that would help. And it did. It works perfectly for now.

    Therefore, there still seems to be some issues with the latest update.

    I have already done the above steps as I mentioned in my first post. I deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce and AISEO, and got the same errors as above.

    How can I downgrad the plugin to 4.5.6 manually?

    I have same problem as you.

    I used the newest Version 4.5.7.2.

    I can use only in the paid version , which I used fot free before?

    What needs to be improved, inbound, outbound links, whether or not there is an alt at image, keyword number, title lenght, etc., all of these are not visible

    Nem enged belépni az említett oldalon, így nem tudom elküldeni a hibajegyet. E-mailben jobb lenne , fotókat is tudnék küldeni.

    Eltünt sok minden a programból, a legfontosabb részletek hiányoznak, ahogy már leírtam, itt nem tudok fotót csatolni, a frissités után is.
