send submissions to different google sheet based on the response in a field

    Hi there!

    First of aall, great plugin. I’m a fan! =)

    I have a form connected to a google sheet that receives all submissions. So far so good. But now I need to send those submissions to diffentes google sheets based on the user response in a specific field.

    For exemple:

    My form has the field:

    What do you prefer:
    ( ) Dogs
    ( ) Cats

    The ideal outcome is: a google sheet with 3 tabs (or 3 different sheet files, both work) and the first tab receives all submissions, tab 2 receives the submissions from people that choose ‘dogs’, and the tab 3 receives submissions from people that choose ‘cats’.

    Is that possible?

    Hope you’re doing well today! Thank you for your kind words.

    I tested the scenario that you’ve described, and this is possible by connecting 3 Google Sheet Integrations (using 3 different OAuth Credentials) and then integrating all the 3 sheets on the same Forminator form by navigating to Forms >> Edit form >> Integration >> Select the Google Sheets that you’ve already connected.

    Once set up, you can then conditionally send data to each sheet based on the defined conditions of the Integration, to do this, you can click on the conditions button beside each integration. Please refer to the screenshot here: https://monosnap.com/file/nNvt7m0HTh0di8NE095rFjdmW7TGwk

    For the one sheet where you want all the data, you should not add any condition to that specific integration.
