I have purchased a theme, modified it and now having an issue on mobile devices where it renders a white line on top of the site.

I was able to isolate it to this area of a code in the page source: https://take.ms/9qf5P

How do I remove the white line above the site?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @digihive,

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Could you please mention which theme you purchased?

We assume that the code you mentioned does not come from the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin. To confirm this, you can try deactivating all plugins except for Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit. If the code persists, it’s likely custom code that we’re unaware of its exact location.

For now, you can address it by adding the CSS code from the link below to your site.

    We’ll await your further updates.

    Thank You

    Hi Fauzan

Thank you for your prompt response.

Could you please mention which theme you purchased?

    This is BlueCorp theme.

I added the code and it fixed the issue with the white line on mobile resolution. At the same time the fix introduced the whole new set of problems, where the site looks good in mobile mode in Elementor Editor, but the offset of the heading is off when rendered in mobile browser and real mobile devices.

I’ve deactivated all plugins except for Elementor, Elementor Pro, and Jeg Elementor Kit. The issue persists.

Disabling Elementor Pro resolves the issue, but it leads to the side effects mentioned previously:

I added the code and it fixed the issue with the white line on mobile resolution. At the same time the fix introduced the whole new set of problems, where the site looks good in mobile mode in Elementor Editor, but the offset of the heading is off when rendered in mobile browser and real mobile devices.

It seems that Elementor Pro is adding the code that causes the white line issue. Yet, removing this code leads to alignment issues with the dynamic header. The top elements also ignore the set padding, disrupting the layout.

What should I do next to identify and solve these problems?

    Hello @digihive,

Do you mean the theme you are using is the Template Kit Blucorp?

    https://themeforest.net/item/blucorp-corporate-business-elementor-template-kit/43753891

It seems someone has inserted custom CSS code into one of the widgets (you can find the Custom CSS option in the Advanced tab of each widget). We’re not sure if the author embedded that code, so you may want to inquire with the author directly.

Regarding the code we provided earlier, it worked well on our end. Perhaps you could add it to your live site first so that we can further investigate? There might be a cache or other factor we missed.
