    Color picker (for any Essential Blocks Block) is inoperable; fails to open, or flickers and is hidden (non-interactive).

    Note:
    Testing occurred with all other plugins deactivated.

    Hello @amitbarai013 , Here are the further observational details you’ve requested relating to browsers. Thank you for pointing me down the ‘browser compatibility’ line of thinking – I have zero issues with browsers outside of this color picker so it did not occur to me.

    Browsers:
    Chromium Browsers (Chrome, Brave) – Color picker functions.
    Safari – Color picker fails.

    Note:
    The Essential Blocks color picker is the only color picker not working in Safari – I have many others which work without issue.

    A fix for a future release of Essential blocks would be appreciated. Requesting a user to change their preferred browser for an isolated color picker isn’t going to be a well received answer (for me or for anyone encountering this issue down the user pipeline).

    I just downloaded this plugin and have this same error.. color picker opens and closes right away.. I cant change color.

    Not working on Firefox 126.0
    However it is working on Chrome 124.0.6367.119
    Using MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1

    We are really sorry to hear that. Will you please tell me which version of the Essential Blocks plugin are you using on your website? I have checked this on my end from the Safari browser and Firefox browser but didn’t find any issue. Please check this screencast from the Safari browser: https://d.pr/v/a3D0Hw

    I am having the same exact issue. Essential Blocks Version 4.7.4 I am using FF 127.0.2, Windows 10 64 bit. I regenerated assets. I have recorded it here. https://hansenmuseum.org/video1430771915.mp4

    I just realized that the LastPass Firefox extension is causing the issue. I wonder if the folks above are also using the LastPass extension? Tons of people do, so that’s a huge problem. The same extension on Chrome doesn’t conflict. I am going to put in a ticket with LastPass to fix this. It shouldn’t be conflicting with a website builder like this.

    @2chicks thats interesting.. I am using lastpass too. I’ll defintely try to confirm this.

    I have enabled LastPass extension on the browsers and found that after using this extension also, color picker is working. Please check the screencasts from the following:

    Will you please update the following plugins to the latest version: Essential Blocks for Gutenberg version 4.7.4.

    After updating the plugin to the latest version, please regenerate the assets. Please go to WordPress Dashboard > navigate to “Essential Blocks” > Settings > scroll down to “Asset Regeneration” > click the “Regenerate Assets”.

    The conditions are: FF 128.0, LastPass Extension installed, turned on, and logged into LastPass account. The issue does NOT occur with LastPass Extension installed and on, but logged OFF.     Thanks for letting us know the update and sharing the details. I found the issue on my end with the Mozilla Firefox version 128.0 and LastPass extension when it is logged in. I forwarded this issue to the Dev team. I will let you know the update when it gets resolved, no worries.
