    Hi,

    maybe anyone will help me. I have product error. Every new product shows these error. I muss go edit, save and the image are not blank. But i must do it for more than 100 articles. Is there a easier way to solved it?

    The full picture is not currently clear, I’m afraid.

    For the product appearing up-top in the screenshot, both the description, and image, are reported blank. What has changed in the way products are added, when this started happening?

    What types of image files are they? Are the images uploaded and hosted using the default WordPress and WooCommerce functionality, or otherwise?

    How about caching?

    It is at the first use in this case.

    What types of image files are they? Are the images uploaded and hosted using the default WordPress and WooCommerce functionality, or otherwise?

    jpg files uploaded via JTL Connector Plugin, but the image are exist already. I saved the product with wordpress – image are right there.

    No chaching.

    Hmm. It sounds like there are two possible options, moving forward, @pixelsophie.

    1. Go ahead and manually update all ~100 products (click on edit and than a klick aktualisieren). Which you are trying to avoid.
    2. Go ahead and reach out to the JTL Connector Plugin’s support channel (linked here), as this is identified when utilizing it. They would be in a better position to assist you.
