Minimum symbols in form

    How to control minimum/maximum symbols allowed in fields? For example, now the phone fields should be 10 symbols, though I need to start it from 9. Custom field also should be 10 and no less. How to change this value?

    Regarding the phone field, it is currently set up to accept only numerical input, with a minimum of 10 digits and a maximum of 12, accommodating the inclusion of country codes if required.     No changes in validation.

    I only change minLength values in two files: form.js and quote_list.min.js
