This is regarding the free plugin Order Export & Order Import for Woocommerce.

I had exported several files as I had to bulk update some information.

When I imported said file again, half of the orders were skipped because of an invalid date (I never changed anything in that column) and others were imported with a date of e.g. October 2024!

Now all my orders are messed up and the dates are wrong.

I need to fix this as soon as possible, please!

     Hi @kingsizefairy,

It appears that the issue with the order dates may have arisen due to changes in the date format when the CSV file was opened in your spreadsheet application. To ensure the correct import of dates, please ensure that the date format in the CSV file is YYYY-MM-DD before importing.

To fix the messed-up order dates, you can export the previous order export by navigating to WebToffee Import Export (Basic) > History and downloading the previously exported order by clicking on “download.” later you may import the exported file directly without opening it in your spreadsheet application.

To prevent this issue in the future, if you do not need to update the dates, you can choose to unmap them during import to avoid unintended changes to the dates.
