Skroutz Size

  • Hi we use the latest version of your plugin. We have a problem with variable products. It shows us only the sizes that have texts like

    One Size , L, M etc. if have numbers they dont apear.

    If you need debug log and feed we can provide it but is possible to send them via mail?. We dont want to publish here the url.

    We would greatly appreciate your prompt response to our previous emails regarding an urgent matter. We have encountered an issue where the size variation is not visible on all products, despite these products having size variations available. This concern is particularly pressing as Skroutz has informed us that they will close our store if this issue is not resolved promptly.

    Could you please clarify whether this is a problem stemming from your plugin or if it originates from a different source? Your immediate attention to this matter is crucial.

    hi we replied. we send you also 2 emails and screenshots. we have many variable products with color-size. mapping is ok (you created the template).

    on many products, it returns us variable products with colors but without size

    one example is the product with id 10790

    credentials for login are the same. we also tested with the storefront and without many plugins activated and we had the same problem.

    is possible to check?
