    Hello, I am missing attendee registration setting in events tickets that I am using in Spain.

    It is not appearing in settings, not in the actual event page. Can you please help?

    Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

    Could you try manually updating our plugins to the latest versions and see if that makes a difference?

    If it doesn’t help, please provide a screenshot on the settings that you see on your end. I want to check it further on my side.

    Thank you Darian,

    I installed this plugin on sunday so it hardy update issue. I have updated it manually though. Please see pictures I have provided and let me know what can I do, i changed site’s language to english thinking it might resolve the issue, but no.

    Thanks for your response and for providing the screenshots.

    By any chance, are you running a multisite WP? If so, please try to login using an account that has Super Admin access, and see if that makes a difference.

    Yes it is a multisite WP, i am the only user so i am logging with the same email to all sites. this site is built on subdomain from the mail domain. On the main domain i had the same issue with this application (registree attendance).

    Thanks for patiently waiting.

    After consulting with one of my colleagues, we have determined that in order to access the Attendee Registration setting, you will need to have the Event Tickets PLUS plugin installed. If you only have the free version of the Event Tickets plugin, this setting will not be available.

    If you have further questions related to Event Tickets PLUS, please open a Pre-Sale Support Ticket on our Help Desk.
