I have more than one post_type

I have post_type “parent” and “normal” post_type. the “parent” is mother of “normal” post_type of WordPress.
“parent” able to have no limit “normal” post_type. Example: 1 “parent” have 0-9999 “normal” post_type.

Question:
How to purge “parent” when “normal” post_type Publish or Update?

The “parent” like a category but the type is post_type (post).
