payment method not showing on checkout page

    The payment method is not showing on the checkout page. It says: There are no payment methods available. This may be an error on our side. Please contact us if you need any help placing your order.
    The Paypal payment method is setup.

    Hi @decwodie,

    Could you please check if the PayPal Client ID added from the backend settings is correct. This issue could be the result of using incorrect Client ID.

    I have verified the Paypal Client ID several times.

    The ID I am using is listed on Paypal as the Merchant ID. Is that correct? It is the only ID I can find in the account.

    I located the correct Client ID and it is working now.
