Required Field File Not working after update to 5.9

    Hi, We have a form where uploading a file is a required field. We have found that after updating to 5.9, CF7 lets the user submit the form even when they have not uploaded a file to the Upload File Field in the form. We have tested on 2 sites, after update to 5.9 from 5.8.7 the user can submit a form without uploading files to the required File Upload Filed.

    I’ve confirmed the problem. It will be fixed in the next update.
