Problems with alt text

Hello, I’m trying to change vie Media Library the alt text of the icons on this page?https://aplacetowork.it/spazi/mezzanine-coworking?(icons converted in webp by your plugin), for example from “caffè” to “icona caffè”, but nothing changes! I tried also emptying the cache multiple times but still it doesn’t work.
In other words: the URL of my images are changed
from https://aplacetowork.it/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/icona-caffe.png that is the image URL that I can find in the Media Library
to https://aplacetowork.it/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/icona-caffe.png.webp that is the output file that you can see actually in the code.
I changed the alt text of the image inside the Media Library, but nothing changes in the code.
How is it possible?
