    Hello,
    My login page has ” Lost your password” which is not activated I think,
    Because I clicked it, it didn’t indicate that I have go to me email to reset the password, and my email didn’t receive anything neither.
    So how to make ” Lost your password” work ?

    Hi @triflower,

    Please check that if you go to Profile Builder -> Settings -> General Settings -> “Password Recovery Page” -> you have selected in this setting the page where you have added the Profile Builder Recover Password form (you can read more on how to create this form here).

    I clicked on the General settings, it didn’t open a new page (Password recovery page),

    I setup the shortcode: [wppb-recover-password] on the Password reset page,
    All I did, have no any result,

    Hi @triflower,

    In the Profile Builder General settings, there is a setting called “Password Recovery Page” (please check the following screenshot: https://snipboard.io/KO5ArQ.jpg). In this setting, you will need to select the page where you’ve added the Profile Builder Recover Password form.
