Hi @mattsky89,
Greetings from WebToffee support!
Thank you for reaching out and providing us with a detailed explanation of the issue you’ve experienced. However, we’d like to inform you that we were unable to replicate the same issue on our end. We created an auto-apply coupon with a Usage limit per user set as 1. During our test, the coupon was applied to the cart automatically with the initial purchase, as expected. Upon the second purchase, the coupon was not automatically applied to the cart. When attempting to apply the coupon manually for the second purchase, we received the ‘Coupon usage limit has been reached’ error, indicating that the limit was properly enforced.
To assist you further, could you please provide the following information:
- A screenshot of all tabs of the coupon edit page for the coupon you’ve created. If you have any privacy concerns, please share the screenshots through this link.
- Your WooCommerce System Status report: You can access this report in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report. This will provide details about your site environment and configurations.
- A brief explanation of what occurs when you attempt to apply the coupon manually for the first time. If any error messages appear in this scenario, please share the exact error message you receive.
Additionally, for troubleshooting purposes, let’s try the following steps:
- Deactivate every plugin on your site except for Smart Coupon for WooCommerce and WooCommerce.
- Check whether the coupon gets applied as expected in this scenario.
If the coupon works as expected after deactivation, please activate each plugin one by one and check when the issue reappears. This will help us identify if any other plugin is conflicting with the Smart Coupon for WooCommerce plugin.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this issue for you.
