Products by Brand don’t get displayed

  • Hello,

    I’m using DIVI and this plugin. I want to create Archive Page where products from current brand get displayed. I have products assigned to brands.

    I tried using:

    1. Shortcode – it doesn’t display anything
    2. Brands Products module – setting ‘current brand’ doesn’t display anything and setting where I chose specific brand gave message ‘No products were found matching your selection’.

    Without using shortcode/module when I click on ‘View’ on Brands page then products from the brand get displayed. However they don’t get displayed using shortcode or module.

    I tried shortcode [brands_products brand_slug=”nike”]

    With this only one product gets displayed out of 133, when I add other information to shortcode such as per_page then again nothing gets displayed

    I have in total 4 brands but only this one displays something, yet it doesn’t really work as it should

    Anyone can help?

    Hello,

    Latest version has new shortcodes, also option brand can be used in [products] shortcode to display products by brand.

    Hi, I am having the same issues. I have a template for the brands archive pages in the Divi Theme Builder. I have tried adding the new short code [brb_products_list] but this shows no results blank page , also tried this code [products brands] which then shows all the products, not just the products for the current brands archive page. I have also tried the products list module set to current but again nothing shows. Please help as I am not sure what I am doing wrong?
