    My website has been hacked and needs to be restored, but there is an error : BMI-xA7uYa6U-95581

    Hi @adel8294

    My apologies for delayed reply.

    The process failed as your hosting provider limits the resources which were exceeded during extraction process.

    You can try to decrease the resource usage within “Other options” section by changing “File limit for extraction batching (set “auto” for automatic choice)” option under header #6, set the value to 100.

    On the other side you can also try to set it higher like value of 5000 (it will use even more resources but maybe the limit is for time not amount).

    Please also upgrade the plugin to v1.4.5.
