    Hi,

    I just want to let you know I bought the “FG Magento to WooCommerce Premium” and faced some issues when migrating data from magento to wordpress for that I have raised ticket on you support system then firstly theny did not responded properly and closed ticket but when I re-opend the ticket there is not response from support my issue is still not resolved even I have paid for the plugin. So please let me know what to do.

    Looking forward for your response ASAP.

    Thank you for pointing this out.

    Effectively, there was a misunderstanding. Sorry for that.
    To answer to your question, in the URL field, you must put the URL of the live Magento site. Even if the database is a copy.
    The URL field is used to import the media files. They are not in the database.
