Says there’s a comment but there aren’t any posts

    One of our sites says there’s a comment with a red notification, and that there are 3 spam comments – but there are none listed when you actually click into the Comments section, and there are no posts for a comment to be on anyway. Posts have never existed since the creation of the site. I have tried everything, from clearing cache to turning off comments entirely and this notification will not go away. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone know how to make this notification go away?

    Try clicking the Spam(3) link at the top.

    Lol. I clicked everything before starting this forum but didn’t feel the need to send multiple screen shots of the same problem.

    I resolved this, though, since I can’t remove it from the forum, so no response needed. After deleting a lot of unused stuff on the back-end the comment went away – but still never appeared in any capacity, still never had any posts in existence, still no idea where it was/they were or what they were left on.
