[Plugin: MailChimp List Subscribe Form] Mailchimp widget not working!

Hello there,

I’m trying to use mailchimp plugin but I’ve come across some weird behaviour. In my homepage the plugin subscribe form works fine (emails are sent), but in other internal pages, it does not (emails are not sent). Has anyone had this problem before?
