Fixed check for shortcode use (#164) has created a bug

before this most recent change was made i was able to call the shortcode [toc] via the do_shortcode call and it would load the stylesheet, but since this change (#164) all my pages no longer show the style and look a mess. I am also using wp rocket. It worked fine before this, i’m now downloading the old version and putting it back on 30+ websites.
