Enable customers to purchase a product with points

    Hi, first of all thanks for the plugin, looks great.

    For now I’m playing around with the free version, and I have a couple of questions about it :

    Can customers buy directly a products based on the number of points they have ? Or the redeemed points can only be converted as coupons ?

    Can I restrict specific products from making my customers earn points ? I’ve got a category of products which I don’t want the rewards system to be applied.

    To address your queries:

    1. Customers have the option to redeem their earned points as a reward, such as coupons, which can be in the form of a Fixed Discount, Percentage Discount, Free Product, and more. However, purchasing a product directly with points is not currently available.

    2. Yes, it is totally possible to let customers earn points for specific set of products/ exclude categories from earning points. Here is an example screenshot: https://nimb.ws/s0yYwdl (go to WordPress back end -> WPLoyalty -> Campaigns -> choose “Point for Purchase” -> add additional condition as “Category -> NOTINLIST”)
