    After updating to vesion 2.0.31 the menu dropdowns stopped working and the mobile menu stopped functioning. Updated to 2.0.32 and did nothing. Rolled back to 2.0.30 and everything works as intented.

    I found out that the problem is caused by the blocksy companion plugin and not the Theme.

    The problem is actually caused by neither. ?? I am on the latest version and everything works correctly.

    However, I do see that you’re running a caching plugin on your end which might’ve cached things incorrectly. Have you tried thoroughly clearing out the cache?

    I just tried again but it is not working. You can check it now. Everything is updated to latest version and cleared every page cache and database cache. When rolling back the blocksy companion plugin to version 2.0.30 everything works fine. This is the same for 2 e-shops.

    Please disable absolutely all caching/optimisation so that I could assess the website. At the moment WP Rocket is running and it may affect how things work.

    I have possibly found that the flying scripts plugin was causing the problem on this last update. I am investigating further.

    Hmm, I don’t think you should necessarily exclude files as we haven’t changed anything related to those in any of our recent updates.

    Are you sure that these plugins do not have a clear cache/regenerate option? That should fix things up for you.

    As in the OP’s case, this is very, very likely an old cache that has not been cleaned out. I do see that you’re using litespeed on the site with all CSS and JS processing turned on.

    Have you cleared the cache and regenerated the site’s critical assets?

    What i found was that the problem was created from the flying Scripts pluging. It was obviously delaying some javascript file responsible for the menus. After deactivating or removing all the keywords from this plugin the menu is working fine.

    This means that some changes were made to the blocksy companio files because i use this plugin 2-3 year with this theme and there were no conficts. The plugin has not been updated recently.

    I’m sorry, but I do not agree with you here. We haven’t changed anything in the theme related to menus for the past few months. This can be verified easily by looking at the update logs. I can guarantee you that no changes done in Blocksy recently have been related to the menus.

    This is something strictly related to how your plugin generates these assets. And since updates bring new files, the cache of it must be regenerated correctly.

    I can ensure you it is not a caching problem. 100% it is not a caching problem. It was a problem with some JavaScript file being delayed. Even with no caching mechanism the problem exists.

    The caching mechanism can also refer to how your flying plugin generates and caches these assets. Not necessarily to a site wide cache.

    Have you tried regenerating these files like I have previously asked? The flying plugin should have an option like this.

    Also, please try to not run more than one optimisation plugin at a time on the site. They can and will most likely conflict with one another at a point.

    The blocky theme has been fantastic thus far. No issues. We recently noticed that the drop-down menu doesn’t work when clicked on Desktop device but it works fine on Mobile and Tablets. Whenever one tries to click a drop-down menu on Desktop, no sub-menu works.

    After troubleshooting (deactivating all plugins, and clearing cache) we discovered that the drop-down menu on Desktop device worked well after rolling back to an earlier version of the Blocksy theme.
