Sending Service has been temporarily suspended

    Hi, I am trying to set up mail poet. When I am trying to send a preview of a newsletter to myself I am getting this error – “The email could not be sent due to a technical issue with MailPoet:?The email could not be sent: MailPoet Sending Service has been temporarily suspended for your site due to?degraded email deliverability. Please?contact our support team?to resolve the issue. “

    Can you help resolve this? I have not sent any emails/ newsletter yet and am trying to set my mailpoet.

    Hi there @pedalmyway,

    I see in our system that your account was temporarily suspended due to too many bounced emails passing through our sending service.

    It appears you have now resolved this with us via a ticket and your account’s sending service is now restored.

    If you require further assistance, please reach out directly on the ticket where we discussed restoring your service as that information is private and cannot be shared in a public forum.
