Hi. Great plugin but I’ve noticed some annoyances when accessing WP back end on a phone. Basically, any section of the plugin, from the notifications to the dashboard, are rendering access to any menu item impossible. For example, I saw a message notification in my top menu. I clicked on it and it appears to show a new layer with the message. After deleting the message the layer appears blank with a whole bunch of linked numbers at the bottom. I can see the dashboard underneath this layer but I can’t close it, and I can’t click any other link.

The same is true of the ‘do you like this plugin’ message at the top of the dashboard. I click ‘yes’ and then I can’t access any other part of my backend.

This is only happening with your plugin.

I’m running the latest version of WP and Android.

Hi, I’m so sorry, I missed the reply notification! Apologies.

    It’s a Realme, model RMX2000, UI version 2, Android 11.

[edit] when my wife returns I can check on her phone, which is more recent.

    Hi @demonboy,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

I was able to emulate your mobile device and tested the plugin UI. I did find that there were issues with the Notifications screen not closing.

I have created an internal issue for our Development team and included your notes as well.

Your inquiry has been tagged so when there’s an update, you’ll be notified.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!
