The thumbnails generated by your plugin are not displaying correctly on my website. Instead of showing the designated images, blank placeholders or broken images are appearing. How can I troubleshoot and fix this problem to ensure proper thumbnail display.
I checked this on my test site, and I wasn’t able to replicate your issue. When I go to Tools > Regenerate Thumbnails and use the plugin I get working images.
I suspect there might be a plugin conflicting on your site with Regenerate Thumbnails since in my test site I have a no other plugins installed and activated and the default WordPress theme Twenty Twenty-Four activated.
Have you done any troubleshooting yet?
If not, then I recommend temporarily deactivating all plugins except Regenerate Thumbnails and check if the issue resolved. If it does, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking when the issue comes back and you’ll find the culprit.
