Automated Tax Option is not displaying

I have installed the woo commerce tax extension for auto tax also Under Woo commerce > General > Enable tax rates and calculations option is enabled. But I don’t see Automated taxes option given under general > tax page. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting part. Any help would be appreciated.

To clarify, where is the store based? Additionally, how does the health screen (documentation linked here, for reference) look like currently?
The automated taxes feature supports United States, Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom based stores, plus a growing list of countries in the rest of the world including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the Status screen, as exemplified here, so that we can see how it currently looks?
