• Hello,

I’ve searched through Google and WP.org forums a fair amount but can’t seem to come to a conclusive answer (mainly because everything I have turned up is ~12months old) and am now turning to you:

Does WordPress allow use of @font-face to embed non-traditional fonts into webpages?

I used the fontsquirrel.com generator, downloaded the fontkit, placed the font files in my root directory, added the declaration code into my css and then used the new fonts in the html as I would with Helvetica, Arial, etc but it isn’t working.

I found some evidence online that suggested that since WP is dynamic, and not static, it will not support @font-face. At this point, I would like to know if the error is on my end or if this is a worthless endeavor because of WP limitations.

Any help would be much appreciated!
