Artists Community theme

Hello! I’m looking for some help finding a theme, if one exists…

I have volunteered to set up a website for a local ‘art trail’ in which artists around the area open their doors and exhibit in their lounges, garages, etc. Having helped the organisers last year, it turned out to be a real drag trying to chase all the artists for jpegs of their work and for a little blurb from each, so I would like to automate the process if possible. Ideally I would like each artist to be given a password which they can then use to log in to a very restricted admin area, from which they can upload one jpeg and write a bit about themselves and publish a single ‘page’.

Does anyone know if such a theme exists? Thanks in advance!
