Reviews showing on products but not in all reviews widget

    Hi

    Reviews are showing fine on product pages but not on my reviews page where I use the “All Reviews” widget. They show on this page when I am editing in the backend but the live page shows a dropped icecream and the message “Oops! There was an error loading the content. Error:?Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘SortSelect’)”

    Can you please let me know how to fix this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    The Javascript files on your site are minified so I cannot check what causes the issue. Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme of WordPress then see if it works.

    Thank you. Will give this a go when I get a chance to.

    The thing that made me wonder if it wasn’t a conflict was because the widget displays correctly when I’m editing the page. Has this been something you’ve seen before?

    Hi,

    I’ve not seen this issue before. It could be a conflicting issue with another plugin or a block of code on your site in the frontend only.

    Let me know the result after you deactivate other plugins and switch the theme.
