    Hi
I noticed none of the search fields on our website was working. Upon investigation, it is this plugin that is causing the problem. When deactivated, the search works again.
    How to solve this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

Could you set the ‘Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library’ option to ‘On’ here:

WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

    Did it help?

Thank you for the super quick responds!
Sorry but that did not help.
    What else can I do?

But I don’t see new requests from your plugin. How can we reproduce the issue?

Sorry, I tried what you said on the other website where we have the same issue: https://wisdomfromnorth.com/
Here are two screenshots from the current settings on that page (it’s the same on wisdomfromnorth.no)

For wisdomfromnorth.com there were also no requests with JavaScript library enabled. I’ve tried to start a test search, but the form didn’t work as the button didn’t. Is it due to the CleanTalk plugin?

Not sure if I understood you correctly here.
But I have set the ‘Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library’ option to ‘On’ on both pages (as screenshot shows).
On the .no site the plugin is currently disabled because of this issue.
On the com siste it’s active, since, from what I understood, you need a page with the plugin activated for further testing (?).

As soon as the plugin is deactivated, the search buttons/felds are working as they should so yes, it’s a plugin issue.
