    Hi @athome01,

For better assistance, can you provide a video showing the issue on your end? For video, you may use https://loom.com or https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/. Please follow the instructions on that page and then paste the URL into this thread.

Additionally, you might consider using the WooCommerce Product Filter plugin. This advanced product filtering plugin allows your customers to find what they’re looking for quickly and easily.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hey, @athome01!

Thank you for sharing the video.

I just tested on my website and I was not able to replicate this issue.

Can you share some screenshots of how you set up the attribute filters so we can take a look? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

When I select 1 filter, the other one automatically resets to zero, so it disappears. Is there any way to keep the empty filters from disappearing?
