store credit button doesn’t work

    Hello,

    I have just installed the latest version of the plugin and i have configured it same as in the guide.

    However, when i click on the Apply button for adding the credit, nothing happens.

    Also, when i go to my-account/store-credit/ , am having a 404 page.

    Can you please advise ?

    It would be great if you could send me all the information from the WooCommerce->System Status page. There’s a little button there that will let you copy and paste it to me:

    Regarding the 404 error, could you please resave your permalink? Please navigate to Settings > Permalink. Just scroll to bottom and click Save Changes without making any changes.

    Hi @jeeya1609,

    This issue usually happens when our JS is minimized by a caching or optimization plugin. Could you please clear your cache and then temporarily deactivate the WP Rocket plugin? After that please go to the checkout page and see if you can apply for the store credit.

    Hi @jeeya1609

    I noticed that you have Store credit for woocommerce: by PI Websolution – 1.0.49.12 installed on your website as well. Could you please try deactivate this plugin temporarily?

    If the issue persist after that, can you check the console tab when you access the Checkout page? Please kindly take a screenshot of this so I could if there’s any other error on the page.

    Hello,

    Store credit for woocommerce: by PI Websolution – 1.0.49.12 was desactivated.

    The issue still persists.

    I have also, deactivated all plugins except woocommerce and your plugin.

    The button is apply store credit is still not working.

    I have checked the console tab, no error is to be found except the below ones
