How to update date on blog post

    I’ve been using the OceanWP theme since 2017 and tried several times how to show updated blog post dates on Google search results.

    I write blogs regularly on my website and it seems when I publish them. My blog post date always shows in the search result but I keep them up to date.

    So whenever a post gets updated, I want to show the updated date in Google search results instead of the publish date.

    I know I can show the modified date using any kind of plugin but it always shows published date and I want the update blog post date to show in the search result.

    Please help me. How to do it.
