redirect 404 error – Foreign language links

Hello, I recently redirected all the articles on the site to remove the date from the links. It seems to work.
The problem is with old links that are written in a mixed language (Hebrew) with English
For example /2023/01/calisto-protocol-audit/
Google does not recognize it and the link goes to a 404 error – page not found.

Is there a possibility to define that every link with words in a language other than English will receive redirect correctly?
