    Hi, I just tried to transfer a backup and got the following without any data being transferred from the back up file.

    What do I need to do?

    Hi @connyw03

    Just so you know, the process couldn’t start because the backup is protected by some third party solution such as preventing ZIP download without auth or some security plugin like WordFence on the site where you created the backup.

    To resolve the issue it’s enough to download the backup and upload it manually.
