    Hi,

    We are having the below error, but can’t find the solution on your Doc page.

    There has been a problem with your Instagram Feed.
    API error 1: Please reduce the amount of data you’re asking for, then retry your request

    Using the latest version of your plugin also as WP, reconnected again to IG, the issue is persisting.

    Please let em know.

    Hi @miata2,

    Thank you for contacting us! This error comes from Instagram’s API and unfortunately they do not provide specific information on what causes it for a specific account. Please try going to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > All Feeds, click your feed’s name or pencil icon to edit it, go to Feed Layout, set a lower Number of Posts, and then Save your feed.

    If you are currently using a Personal connection to your Instagram account, you can also test switching to a Business connection: https://smashballoon.com/doc/instagram-business-profiles/
