Hi….I have a problem that other people have had with receiving a warning from Updraft Plus saying: The scheduler is disabled in your WordPress install, via the DISABLE_WP_CRON setting.

I also have the warning: WordPress has a number (31) of scheduled tasks which are overdue

The solution to this problem is to go to the wp-config file and change the (‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, ‘true’) to ‘false’

However, when I go to my wp-config file there is no (‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, ‘true’) to be found. I’ve searched all my website files for the phrase ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’ and it can’t be found anywhere.

Note that I believe I may have had some minor hacking issue as Wordfence alerted me to a couple plugin files that were modified and the Bridge Core plugin not being updated. However, I reinstalled all plugins and updated the Bridge Core plugin to the latest version and then got a clean result from a Wordfence scan.

Does anyone have an idea what might be happening and how I can fix it?

    Thank you.
