How do I add new ‘specific’ pages to automatically go into a menu?

Let’s say I have a page called ‘Team’. Under this page I have ‘Team Members’ pages. I want to be able to add new pages automatically under a ‘Team Menu’ that I create. Is this possible?

I want to have the ability to drag and move around afterwards – so don’t want a plugin that automatically make a menu of all sub pages under a specific page. I’m guessing there will be a plugin for what I want – but I’m not sure what to search for.
