Hi, I have just added Forminator and imported settings from Contact Form 7 but have not yet disabled CF7 or placed Forminator shortcodes on the site. First I am trying to get it connected with AWeber. This isn’t working.

Twice I have gone through the process of Integrations > Applications > AWeber, logging in and getting past the captcha, only to end up back in Integrations with the message :”You are not connected to any third party apps. You can connect to the available apps listed below and activate them in your modules to collect data.” at the top.

I considered deactivating CF7 but would feel better about it if I know that’s the problem and that AWeber will definitely work when this is done.

    Thank you

Update: I left the tabs for the first two attempts open and they eventually resolved to show a modal stating that “we are waiting on AWeber authorization”, with this hanging. I spoke with AWeber support and was told that from their side they couldn’t see any attempts to connect.

I also asked if leaving CF7 connected could be interfering and was told that it might but they felt I should leave it connected for now.

    What should I do?

Update 2: I attempted the same thing on a second website but disabled CF7 and am having the same result. Host Siteground, browser Brave

    Hi @catwingz,

Trust you are doing good and thank you for reaching out to us.

I checked this on a test website at my end but was unable to replicate the issue. I was able to integrate AWeber with Forminator without any issues.

Can you please try the following and let us know if you still notice any issues?

    1) Clear all the cache enabled (including the server cache) and try integrating AWeber again.

    2) If the issue persists, please try a complete conflict test to ensure no other plugin is conflicting and causing the issue.

Please find more about a conflict test in our documentation here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

If your website is live, kindly create a staging website and conduct the test without affecting live traffic.

Please let us know the result so we can help you further.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John
