Give Editors approval to see plugin

    When I am logged in as an admin into wp-admin, I can see the Download Monitor on the left menu. But when logged in as an editor, its not there. How can we allow Editors to see the plugin when they login into wp-admin?

    Editors need to have the “manage_downloads” capability in order for them to modify the Downloads. That capability can be added using a plugin that edits user roles.
