Form field groups not showing all

    Per email, conversation with [email protected], I am posting this support request.

    I updated the plugin but it is still having issues with not including all the fields in the email with field summary, nor is it showing all of the fields in the view under entries within the plugin. It has the name and email but missing address and many other fields. The user account that I provided is still active if you need to access the site.

    See “Applicant Info” group in form edit for form #2 – it has multiple fields, now see https://canineadoptionnetwork.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rednao_entries_form&Form=2&PageSize=60, this preview does not include all of the fields from “Applicant Info” group, this is also the same in the email body…

    I see, could you export the form with the issues and send it to me please? Also, are you using the latest version of the plugin?

    Hello!

    To export a form the plugin needs to create a zip file, this require your site to have the ziparchive library active which seems your site does not. Please activate the library to be able to create the export file (your hosting support can help you with this if you are not sure how to do it).

    Are you sure you are using the latest version of the plugin? I just did a test and all the fields seem to be there, here is an example of the email I received (I filled the form with sequential numbers to quickly identify the missing fields but all seem to be there):

    Or perhaps i missing one field? if so, could you point me to the field that is missing in the email please?

    OK, yes I do have the latest… as it turns out, the missing fields was because they were not marked as required so people skipped them…

    I apologize for not catching this earlier.
