The issue you mentioned sounds like an issue with the payment gateway you are using or some conflict. Can you please share more details?

• Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us? You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit). Paste the result here in your reply.
• Could you please provide us with a screenshot so that we can see what you are describing?

Because I don’t have a paid extension Woo Support is refusing to assist or even entertain that there is an issue.

I am using Woo Payments and it is a Woo issue as we have tested every conflict type, going back to storefront, deactivating all other plugins and absolutely nothing has been working.

I have posted on this forum, was told to copy the thread and raise it with woo.com which I did and who came back and said you are not subscribed to any paid plugin therefore we cannot help you.

We have also tried deactivating and deleting and reinstalling Woocommerce to no avail and have also tried to deactivate and install Woocommerce Stripe payment and that also is not working.

We have been unable to take money on our site for over 1 month now. I think this is pretty bad!
