The issue is on all the sites that I use.

The file manager can’t open any folder but if I right-click and open in new tab then the tab opens, but double-click or “open” doesn’t work. Even the left side navigation bar doesn’t load.

    Hi,

I am experiencing that same issue over a few websites. I use Cloudways Vultr server with WP apps on it. Not sure, may be a server-dependent issue.

Select it,1. Open the developer tools in your browser.

    3. Try to open the folder and see if there are any errors in the console. Take the screenshot.
    4. Next, switch to the Network tab and select Fetch/XHR.
    5. Try to open the folder again and check if there are any Ajax errors, select it then click on the “response” and take a screenshot.

    Hi @filemanagersupport,

I figured out that the problem was caused by using a Chrome extension React Developer Tools – https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/react-developer-tools/fmkadmapgofadopljbjfkapdkoienihi

Sorry, I didn’t have enough time to look into it deeper.

    Best,

@webbistro Genius Man. How the hell, Even You find it out, I was struggling from months.

Yeah this issue is because of React Developer Tools @filemanagersupport Please see if you can fix the issue from code side.
