I’m trying out the free version and so far it works great for a few items so I’m thinking about updating to pro. I installed the WooCommerce extension from here:

    https://github.com/michaeluno/auto-amazon-links-woocommerce-products

I suppose I could find some of these items out via trial and error but for some things I cannot find the settings to do this:

    1. Is there any setting to get rid of the other payment buttons like PayPal, etc in the plugin? For now, I installed another plugin so those buttons would not show on products tagged Amazon.
    2. If I add some of my own description to the product after it is imported to WooCommerce is it going to get overwritten when the product updates again?
    3. Is there a field where I can add some extra text/html to the unit that will only show in WooCommerce so I can add a notification that it is very clear the item is sold on Amazon?

    Thanks

    Hello again,

More issues/questions and I cannot use the “Help” area to submit a ticket through the “help” area in the plugin as it wants a license and that is part of the issue:

I went ahead and purchased pro as I created one Amazon product in WooCommerce and it, plus the products were looking great.

    However…

    1. The email with the license never came and it has been hours and I have checked my spam folder.
    2. The plugin is adding some things on to non-Amazon products that should only show on Amazon items. For instance the price reads $12.95?(as of n/a –?More info) and has the automatic tooltip with the stuff about product prices and availability. I have auto linking off and this isn’t an Amazon product so how can I turn that off?

    Thank you

Well, problem #2 I sort of solved by hiding the automatic discloure on woocommerce products and adding my own in, only to appear on items tagged as Amazon.

    OK.

I discovered on additional use that having non-Amazon products side by side with Amazon products with the WooCommerce addon enabled causes the cart to redirect to Amazon even when there’s no Amazon product in the cart!

I actually would like a refund. I didn’t realize that until after I bought the pro version today, and now one of the products has stopped showing. And I never got the license key in the email after I purchased the pro version.

I’m actually going to go a different route with this (different Amazon plugin as it turns out the WooCommerce extension won’t work for me, anyway) and I’ve removed the pro version from my site. Normally, I’d ask for a refund by contacting you but 1) I cannot use the form in the plugin without a license key and 2) Your website currently has an internal server error for me to get your email again or complete your contact form.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Sorry for the trouble you have experienced.

The server was down yesterday and now recovered.

Regarding a refund, let’s talk about it in emails. Conversations related to paid products will be locked by the forum moderators.

    Hi,

Thanks for the response. Understood. Normally I wouldn’t post that here but…couldn’t reach the website though I know how that goes with websites sometimes:)

    Will respond via email.
