    please, what could be the cause and is there any solution to this. I have a salepage where buyer will need to summit there details to process there order via the formidable form on my website. After submitting, it will direct them to another page on site to confirm there order which I will receive on my email .But the form summition is taking long to summit. As we are running advert. When it’s taking longer to summit the customer are leaving the website.kindly help out

    Hey there,

    Thank you for reaching out about this today.

    The most common reason we see for this is related to slow PHP emails from web servers. Could you turn off the email notification action on the form settings and test if the form is submitted more quickly?

    If this solves the speed issue,?install an SMTP plugin?to avoid using your webhost email servers.
